Curly Me! has been holding events since August 2015. We become a 501(c)3 since March 2018.

We hold quarterly events for Black girls 5-14 years old, their families and the community. Our mentoring and programs are for Black girls 11-14 years old.

Programs are designed for our Black tweens, 11-14 years old. As of January 2024, we only have programs for that age group. We hope to expand our age group in the next 2 years.
Events are usually one time annual events for the community to experience. Any and everyone is welcomed to join us.

You can get involved in three ways.
1) The first way is our newsletter - which we send out on a monthly basis that gives you early access to all information Curly Me!.
2) The second way is through our membership - this is a free way to get age specific access for events.
3) The third way is through volunteering - volunteers are the backbone of our organization, we have lots of opportunities from one time events to recurring events.
